Using this website
The information on this site is general and is there to help you decide what to ask us. We check it carefully, but airlines change their cabins, services and fares often, so always check the details in your quote before you book.
The deals shown on this site are fares we have offered before. They are not live prices or offers, and the price for your dates may be different.
You may not copy the content of this site for commercial use without our written permission.
Enquiries and quotes
Sending an enquiry or a route does not make a booking and does not commit you to anything. When we reply, we tell you the flights, the cabin, the main fare rules and the total price. A quote is not a booking, and the fare is only secured once your booking is confirmed and the ticket is issued.
Prices
Prices are in pounds sterling, per person, and include taxes and charges unless we tell you otherwise. If there is anything extra to pay, such as a charge for choosing seats or for extra baggage, we tell you the amount before you pay. Fares can change until the ticket is issued. If the price changes before then, we tell you and you decide whether to go ahead.
Booking and payment
Your booking is confirmed when we have accepted your payment and the ticket has been issued. We tell you when payment is due and how to pay before you commit. You can pay by bank transfer, including international transfers through Swift, or in cryptocurrency.
Please check every name, date and flight in your confirmation as soon as you receive it. Names must match each traveller's passport exactly. Airlines can charge to correct a name, or refuse boarding if it does not match.
Your flights are subject to the airline's conditions of carriage and to the rules of the fare you buy, which we share with you before you pay. Our refund, cancellation and flight amendment policy forms part of these terms, and we share it with you before you pay too.
Changes and cancellations by you
Bookings are final once they are confirmed and ticketed. As standard they cannot be refunded or changed, unless the law requires otherwise or we agree in writing. If you need to cancel or change a booking, ask us in writing with your booking reference. We will look at your request, but we cannot promise that a refund or change can be arranged. A refund or change we agree may carry airline charges, a difference in fare and our own fees, and we tell you the amount before anything is processed. The full rules are in our refund, cancellation and flight amendment policy.
Changes and cancellations by the airline
Airlines sometimes change schedules or cancel flights. If that happens, we tell you as soon as we hear and help you with the options the airline offers. Depending on the flight, you may have rights to care, rerouting, a refund or compensation from the airline when a flight is delayed, cancelled or overbooked. Those rights are against the airline, and we will help you claim them.
Passports, visas and health
You are responsible for making sure every traveller has a valid passport, any visas or travel authorisations, and any vaccinations needed for the trip, including for countries where you change planes. Entry rules change, so check the UK government's foreign travel advice before you book and again before you travel. If you do not hold a UK passport, check with the embassy of each country you will visit.
Travel insurance
We recommend that you take out travel insurance as soon as you book, covering cancellation, medical costs and lost baggage.
Our responsibility to you
We arrange your booking with reasonable care and skill. The airline is responsible for operating your flights. We are not responsible for losses caused by the airline, by events outside our control, or by information you gave us that was wrong.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected.
Complaints
If something goes wrong, tell us as soon as you can at fernando@starktravelservices.com, so we have the chance to put it right. If your complaint is about the flight itself, such as a delay, lost baggage or the service on board, we will help you raise it with the airline.
Your information
How we use your personal information is set out in our privacy notice.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your booking is the one in place when you booked.
